We worked with David for buying our first home and we couldn't have asked for a better person to work with! He explained every detail clearly, and helped us navigate the different options he had. He kept us informed every step and gave great advice. We had to move faster than we initially had expected, and he accommodated our schedule and expedited our paperwork so we got everything in time. Comparing my experience to others who had recently purchased a house, I felt like we got much better service and guidance from David. I highly recommend King of Loans!

David did a superb job in getting us approved for our new home loan. There were a few things that needed to be addressed prior to our approval, and David very patiently, guided and directed us, step-by-step throughout the entire process. He was extremely communicative and transparent, pays attention to detail, and made us comfortable. David is truly ‘the King of Loans, he knows and does his job superbly, and makes you a priority.
