Oct '24: When mortgage rates began dropping this year, we started thinking about a refi and, like magic, David texted before we could call. He suggested an excellent strategy and, after we talked it out together, implemented the plan within days. It is such a relief to trust someone as much as we do David. There's no-one better. Oct '23: We have worked with David three times: buying and then refinancing a home, and now leveraging that property to buy a new home. David has been a phenomenal resource every step of the way. His knowledge, work ethic, and commitment to communication are second to none, and there is no one I would trust more with a loan.
